Shields in Dragon Age: Dreadwolf are pieces of protective equipment that are used to deflect or reduce damage when engaging in combat. In the previous game, Dragon Age: Inquisition, there are three types of Shields, Common, Rare, and Unique. Some Shields are restricted to a specific class, and each Shield provides different bonuses to your Stats and Armor. Shields can be found all throughout the game, some can be found in chests, random loot, some are found in specific locations, some are crafted.
